A young boy has found himself in more trouble than he can handle after he was found out to have assaulted another boy, sexually.
A 19-year-old has been arrested by the police in India. The boy was arrested on Monday for having anal s*x with a minor boy living in his neighbourhood in city.
According to the Times of India, the accused boy is unemployed and known to the victim's family.
In his police complaint, the 9-year-old victim's father, who works as a driver, said two days ago, the accused had called his son, who studies in Class II, to his house after he returned from school.
The complainant said, "The accused was alone at his house when he sodomised my son. My son returned home crying bitterly and narrated the entire incident."
The father of the victim then called the police. Cops from Saleem Tabri police station reached the spot and booked the accused under Section 377 of the IPC (sodomy/unnatural s*x).
The investigating officer, ASI Sukhpal Singh, said the accused was arrested on Monday and medical examination of the victim has been conducted.
